Caladh sauna is located in the village of Port Bannatyne, Isle of Bute. Port Bannatyne is set around a horseshoe bay with views across the Kyles of Bute to the Cowal peninsula on the mainland. Our mobile woodburning sauna sits by the ports quay, which was built in 1801 to allow access for trade and passanger vessels. As you warm yourself up in the sauna after taking a dook in the water you will be able to relax while looking at the ever changing landscape.

The practice, often called contrast therapy, can also support cardiovascular health and the immune system. The outdoor aspect adds an element of mental well-being through a connection with nature.
